Search and Choose

Check various housing options and choose the best accommodation for you. In our offer you can find rooms, studio apartments, large apartments and high end corporate apartments. We can also suggest options based on your preferred location, length of stay and budget.

Verified properties

Out agents visit every property in our offer in order to verify the location, neighborhood and the property itself.  We speak to the landlords and explain important details and rules.

Furnished & Central

The properties we offer are furnished and very well equipped, so our clients can start to live comfortable from the first day of their stay.

STEP 2

Reserve and Pay

Once you choose the perfect option for your stay we can proceed to the reservation of the property. In order to reserve the apartment you will need to fill our accommodation form and send us the copy of your ID or Passport. We will make an offer for you which consists of the deposit and service fee and Brokerage Agreement.

What am I paying for?

Deposit: The deposit is the amount paid by the tenant during the booking process with the intention of reserving the property and to cover any damage that occurs in the accommodation during renting period. Usually the deposit in the amount of one month’s rent or 2x rent in case of VISA.

Service Fee: The service fee is the fee we charge for our services.  It includes finding accommodation according to the needs of our clients, visiting and verifying every property. Constant support during the lease period, 24/7 emergency support.

STEP 3

Arrive & Support

Once the Apartment if booked we can proceed with organizing your arrival. Our agents will contact you in order to set the moving in day and make sure that your arrival go smoothly. This means that we will be meeting you along with the landlord on your arrival day at your apartment location, give you some further explanation of the Lease Agreement and on how to use apartment.

Moving in

Our team members will be assisting you while moving in to the apartment. Before your arrival we will organize all the details so you can relax and be sure everything will be ready upon your arrival.

Stay registration

We provide support for all our clients for their registration of stay. Depending on your country of origin (EU – non EU) the process may differ. We inform all our clients on the necessary documents and guide them through the process

STEP 4

Live it

Once we settled down all the necessary formalities and you moved in successfully you are ready to enjoy Zagreb completely. Our team is still available for you for the whole period of your stay for any questions, support needed or in case of any emergencies. Feel free to contact us and we will give our best to help and make your stay in Zagreb as comfortable as possible.

Proof of Residence includes providing a document which proves that the client has secured accommodation for the requested renting period.

Includes the preparation of the lease agreement which is signed on arrival.

Includes support and advice on the registration of temporary stay permit.

Includes a SIM card with mobile number. The SIM card is prepaid so not contract or monthly obligations.

 Landlord Screening

Paid per property

We visit the property and make sure everything is as it should be and described by the landlord.

During our visit we speak to the landlords and inform them on all important details when it comes to renting the property to foreign nationals.

Our team makes sure that the owner has all necessary documents which are important for a valid lease of the property.

While we are at the property we make a quick video or photos so the tenant could see other details of the property.

The landlord is informed on the documents which are necessary for the successful registration of stay for the future tenants, the tenant gets a list of documents and instructions for the registration process.

We write down the utility bills and try to get an approximation of the monthly costs of utilities related to the property so the tenant could be informed about additional costs.

Our legal team checks the lease agreement proposed by the landlord or in case the parties agree or lease agreement template can be used for the property lease.

The client gets a brief report on the property details and landlord details after the inspection has been completed.
