Do you offer corporate housing?
For corporate clients we offer housing based on their needs and lease periods.
What is the minimum lease period?
Usually the minimum lease period is 4 months, however in case of specific needs and larger groups we are able to offer a custom range of dates depending on the properties available.
Are all the properties furnished?
The majority of the properties we offer for corporate housing in Zagreb are fully furnished and equipped, however we are able to offer unfurnished properties in case the clients want to bring their own furniture or buy new.
Can we receive a company invoice?
For every corporate client we can issue an invoice for our services. The rent and all the costs related to the property rented are shown in the lease agreement or in case of the the landlord has a company he/she can also issue a company invoice.
Do you provide VISA support?
In cooperation with our team of lawyers we offer VISA support and assistance for all our clients including corporate clients.
