Spacious studio apartment located in the wider city center, in a residential and calm area with lots of green. The studio apartment consists of a large room which can be used as living/sleeping area, the sofa in the room is quite big and can be used for sleeping, a mattress topper can be provided if necessary. The door which is access from the living room will be used as a built in wardrobe so the this whole smaller room will be used for this purpose.
The kitchen is well equipped as well as the bathroom, the studio has access to a front yards and a new bench will be installed outside, the apartment is suitable for 1-2 persons, the photos were made during 01-2024 and at the time some smaller things were not finished but the whole apartment will be completely furnished soon.
Update: The landlord installed a full size bed which is separated with a curtain
