Documents/Tenancy Agreement
Why don’t you send the tenancy agreement immediately after I book?

We wait until a few days before arrival because this is when we have the most accurate information, such as:

  • your move-in dates

  • any flight or travel changes,

  • any landlord changes to details (for example, bank account, building info).

If we draft the contract too early, there are often many changes later, which means multiple versions, more confusion, and a higher chance of mistakes.

By preparing it closer to arrival, we work with final, confirmed information and you get a clean, correct document.
