What if I report problems more than 24 hours after move-in?

If you report issues after 24 hours from move-in:

  • Any matters related to cancellation and refund are then governed only by the Lease Agreement.

  • HomeInZagreb has no refund or liability obligations in relation to cancellation.

You can still communicate with the landlord and HomeInZagreb, but the special “material non-conformity” protection no longer applies after the first 24 hours.
