What happens if I cancel after 48 hours of payment?

If you cancel after 48 hours from the initial payment (and before move-in):

  • The service fee is strictly non-refundable.

  • The deposit is non-refundable, unless a replacement tenant is found and approved by both:

    • the Landlord, and

    • HomeInZagreb.

If such a replacement tenant is approved for the same rental term and conditions:

  • 100% of the deposit is refunded,

  • minus a €50 administrative fee for coordination and transaction costs.

So after 48 hours, the only way to get your deposit back is to have a suitable replacement tenant formally approved.
