During your stay you are expected to:
- keep all rooms reasonably clean and tidy (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, hallways),
- regularly clean the bathroom (toilet, shower, sink, tiles, mirrors),
- keep the kitchen clean (worktops, sink, stove, oven, fridge, microwave, cabinets),
- wash dishes and not leave food or rubbish for long periods,
- regularly remove rubbish and sort waste according to local rules,
- sweep/vacuum and, when needed, mop floors,
- clean windows from the inside from time to time (if safely accessible)
- keep furniture, mattresses and textiles in good, hygienic condition,
- clean up any spills or stains as soon as possible.
You must use the property “as a good and careful tenant”, which means looking after it as you would your own home and preventing unnecessary dirt, damage or mould.
