The Tenancy Agreement requires you to:
respect quiet hours, typically 22:00–08:00,
keep TV, music, and conversations at a low level during these times,
follow all laws and building rules related to noise.
If neighbors complain or the police are called, this can be treated as a serious breach of the agreement.
