For tenants, we:

• communicate your needs and expectations to the landlord, including budget, rental duration, study or work schedule, and lifestyle

• encourage landlords to act responsibly, respect the contract, and respond to justified requests

• help make sure you are informed about your rights and obligations

• step in and communicate on your behalf in case of misunderstandings or conflicts

While we cannot require landlords to act beyond their legal rights, we always advocate for fair and reasonable behavior, with the goal of protecting both the tenant and the long-term landlord-tenant relationship.
