How can I extend the Tenancy Agreement for another semester or year?

If you want to stay longer:

  1. Contact HomeInZagreb as early as possible (usually at least 1–2 months before your contract ends).

  2. We will check with the landlord if an extension is possible and under which conditions.

  3. An extension is usually treated like a new booking, which can mean:

  • a new service fee,
  • possibly a new deposit arrangement, and
  • a new contract with updated dates and, in some cases, a new rent amount.

Do not assume your stay is automatically extended. You need a new written agreement.
