Yes. Before we start working with a property, we visit and inspect it in person whenever possible.
During this process we typically:

check the basic condition of the apartment (structure, furniture, equipment),

verify that the description matches reality (number of rooms, size, amenities),

look at the building and surroundings (access, noise, general environment),

discuss with the landlord what kind of tenant profile is suitable for that property.
Our goal is to list only properties that are real, existing, and suitable for long- or mid-term stays.
