Our working language is English, and we try to keep our communication clear and simple.
You don’t need perfect English, but you should feel comfortable enough to:

ask simple questions if something is not clear,

understand the main points of your contract and obligations.
If your parents help you understand details, that’s perfectly fine – but we still need you to be able to follow what is going on and to reply to us when needed.
