Yes. Your move-in date (the day you physically arrive and take the keys) can be different from the start rent date (the day your rent obligation begins).
The start rent date is the date from which:

the landlord is keeping the apartment reserved only for you, and

you are legally obligated to pay rent,
even if you choose to arrive a few days later.
