Yes, usually this is possible and simple.
If you realise that your dates are wrong or need adjustment before paying:

explain your new desired dates,

we will check with the landlord again if the property is available for the new period.
This may result in a new acceptance by the landlord. There is no service fee impact as long as you haven’t paid anything yet.
However this does not guarantee that the landlord will accept new dates.
