Ravnice Rooms Two

Ravnice Rooms Two is a comfortable accommodation located in a quiet area, ideal for longer stays. All rooms come with bed sheets and bed linen, as well as a bedroom lock for added privacy. The following shared amenities are available to all tenants: a dishwasher, dryer, drying rack, electric hob, freezer, fridge, gas heating, iron, ironing board, kettle, kitchen equipment, microwave, oven, toaster, TV, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, WiFi, and a private parking space. A terrace is also available for tenants to enjoy.

Here’s an overview of the rooms:

• Room 1A (Ground floor): Private bathroom. The bed is currently a bunk bed but will be replaced with a single bed. The room price is 400 EUR, plus 70 EUR for utilities.
• Room 2A (Ground floor): Private bathroom. No AC. New laminate flooring will be installed. The room price is 400 EUR, plus 70 EUR for utilities.
• Room 3A (1st floor): Private bathroom. The room price is 400 EUR, plus 70 EUR for utilities.
• Room 4A (1st floor): Private bathroom. The bed is currently a bunk bed but will be replaced with a single bed. The room price is 400 EUR, plus 70 EUR for utilities.
• Room 5A (2nd floor): Private bathroom. The room price is 400 EUR, plus 70 EUR for utilities.
• Room 6A (2nd floor): Shared bathroom. The room price is 300 EUR, plus 50 EUR for utilities.
• Room 1B (Ground floor): Shared bathroom and living room area. Will be converted into a separate room with a single bed. The room price is 370 EUR, plus 70 EUR for utilities.
• Room 2B (1st floor): Shared bathroom. The bed is currently a bunk bed but will be replaced with a single bed. The room price is 370 EUR, plus 70 EUR for utilities.
• Room 3B (1st floor): Shared bathroom. The room price is 370 EUR, plus 70 EUR for utilities.
• Room 4B (2nd floor): Shared bathroom. The room price is 370 EUR, plus 70 EUR for utilities.
• Room 5B (2nd floor): Shared bathroom. The room price is 370 EUR, plus 70 EUR for utilities.
• Room 1C (Yard): Private bathroom. The hallway will be updated with new laminate flooring, and a separate kitchen area will be added. The room price is 350 EUR, plus 70 EUR for utilities.
