Be careful, the rooms are rented separately, and you should ask for their availability.

The living room is one place that attracts much attention for its incredible classic and simple decoration. This room has two sofas, heating, air conditioning, a coffee table, a TV, lots of natural lighting, large windows, and an excellent balcony for fresh air.

The kitchen shares the same room with the dining area. The dining room has an excellent long wooden table, four wooden chairs, heating, and large windows. On the other hand, the kitchen has a little vintage decor, a range hood, a four-burner gas stove, an oven, a compact refrigerator, a microwave, a stainless steel sink, and has plenty of storage space.

The largest room has a built-in wooden closet, a queen bed, a wicker chair, a nightstand, a desk, a lamp, and another chair to use with the desk. The two rooms have the same measurements, a single bed, a desk, a chair, and a lamp, but one of these bedrooms has another smaller piece of furniture to store clothes. Finally, the bathroom is simple in design but has a large sink, a washing machine, a shower with a tempered glass door, and a beautiful mirror with shelves.

What’s near the apartment? It is close to the Zagreb Faculty of Economics, and right next to the famous Maksimir Park. The tram station, supermarket, pizzeria, bars, and other shops are just 5 minutes’ walk from the apartment. If you want to know more, we recommend you take a walk around the surroundings.
